Up to four weeks for the workbook, door to door, from the day your questions reach us. Six to eight weeks more for a finished hardback in their handwriting — counted from the day the completed book reaches us, not from the day you order (the same for the Keepsake Upgrade). The Full Interview takes ten to twelve weeks and The Written Story fourteen to sixteen, both counted from the first conversation, which we offer within three weeks of your order. Not a year, which is what the subscription services ask for.
A full refund, any time before we start making anything. It happens, and it isn’t a failure — sometimes the offer of a conversation lands where the offer of a notebook didn’t.
